These FAQ relate to courses provided by iHR Solutions, including Safe International Travel.

How do I purchase an e-Learning course?

Navigate to the e-Learning Courses page, and click the Purchase icon for the Safe International Travel course.

What happens when I purchase an e-Learning course?

Once an order is placed, the purchaser will receive course access instructions via email within 24 hours. The email will include access instructions for each Seat purchased. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to distribute the access instructions to their learners/employees. Learners/employees will have one year to access their account. They will have three (3) attempts to pass the course. A score of 75% is required to pass. Upon receiving a passing grade, a printable certificate will be provided. A copy of the certificate will also be sent to the learner/employee’s email address.

How do I access my e-Learning course?

The purchaser will distribute access instructions to the learners/employees via email. Access instructions will include a link to the course, login ID and password. Click on the link and enter the login ID and password. Once logged in, learners/employees can take the course and view their scores.

What if I forget my login ID or password?

At the login screen there is an option to get help in case you have lost your username or password. Click the Yes, help me log in button.

What is the passing grade?

The passing grade is 75%.

How many attempts do I get?

You have three (3) attempts to pass the course.

Will I get a certificate?

A printable certificate will be issued to the learner/employee once a passing grade of 75% or higher has been achieved. A copy of the certificate will also be sent via email.

What if I use my three attempts but I don’t pass the course?

If the three (3) attempts are used and the passing mark of 75% has not been reached, no certificate will be issued. The course can be purchased again through secure checkout.

What are the minimum system requirements for taking the courses?

  • Internet Connection (minimum 256 Kbps)
  • Web Browser (Internet Explorer 6 or higher, Firefox, Chrome)
  • Flash Player 9 or higher
  • 1024 x 768 screen resolution
  • JavaScript enabled
  • Cookies enabled

Can I view the course offline?

No. An internet connection is required to access the course.

Is there technical support for e-Learning courses?

For all e-Learning issues and requests, please contact the e-Learning Help Desk. Our hours of operation are Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm, EST. You will be contacted within 24 hours of your request for support (within normal operating hours).

Are there discounts if I purchase multiple course seats?

Orders over $1,000.00 will receive a 10% discount.

What is the refund/return policy?

e-Learning Courses are not eligible for refunds.
