You will have three attempts to complete the course with the passing score of 75%. After successfully passing the course, you will receive a printable certificate. A copy of the certificate will also be sent to you via email.

Access Instructions:

Once an order is placed, the purchaser will receive course access instructions via email within 24 hours (within normal operating hours). The email will include access instructions for each Seat purchased. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to distribute the access instructions to their learners/employees. Learners/employees will have one year to access their account. They will have three (3) attempts to pass the course. A score of 75% is required to pass. Upon receiving a passing grade, a printable certificate will be provided. A copy of the certificate will also be sent to the learner/employee’s email address.
